I was informed by my non-singaporean friends that only
foreigners are allowed to get chewing gums from Guardian/Watsons,
need to show passport/pass and sign off on a sheet.
For locals, who smoke and require a healthy alternative, they
only provide nicotine gum. Not allowed to get normal gum.
nope my friend a singaporean bought it b4.
and actually technically it's still illegal to bring in any
amount. It's illegal to import to sg and in legal terms, importing
1 gram is still importing. But of course they don't catch, or if
they do, they just dispose.
